- 5 - 6 patients per day
- Home health setting -- adult caseload
- Sees patients across 4 - 8 different facilities
- 25 - 30 points per week
- Home health & OASIS experience required
- EMR: HCHB (preferred)
- Strong documentation & communication skills required

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $12.58- $15.18 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
