Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Clinical inpatient experience
• Experience with WellSky EMR

Assignment Details

• Weekend requirement includes working one weekend day within the work week.
