Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,325 to $1,525 per week in San Roman, CA

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license or state license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum of 1 year professional physical therapy assistant experience required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Willingness to serve assigned county territory covering Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont, Fremont, Castro Valley, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, Union City and nearby areas.
• Must be willing to travel within and outside the assigned territory and to work weekends if required to meet visit expectations when guaranteed hours option is selected.

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift: Day.
• Start Date: Assignment begins in May; 13-week assignment.
• Productivity expectation if Guaranteed Hours selected: complete at least 30 points per week; 36 hours guarantee applies when requirements are met.
• Weekend coverage may be required depending on guarantee option.
• Candidate may be required to travel outside assigned area to meet weekly visit expectations.
