Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients within a long-term acute care hospital setting
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Document patient progress and clinical notes using facility EMR systems (Protouch / Net Health)
Adhere to facility dress code and departmental protocols
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery goals
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required
Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTA
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care environment
Compliance with facility scrub color requirements (Navy Blue)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) setting
Familiarity with Protouch and/or Net Health EMR platforms
Travel therapy assignment experience
