Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Some skilled nursing facility experience required.

Assignment Details

• Full time schedule with flexible scheduling.
• Patient population includes skilled nursing facility patients, with a caseload of up to 40 per week.
• Documentation systems include Nethealth and PCC.
