Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience.
• Experience with NetHealth/PCC.

Assignment Details

• Full-time schedule Monday through Friday.
• Start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Short-term and long-term care rehab setting.
