JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitative therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Shift Time: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Day Shift
Schedule: Monday Friday

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $33.00 - $38.50 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
Current state licensure in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current BLS certification preferred
Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, outpatient, inpatient, or acute care experience preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer therapy treatments and exercise programs developed by the Physical Therapist
Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional abilities
Implement therapeutic interventions according to established treatment plans
Monitor patient responses to treatment and report progress to the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist with gait training, transfer training, mobility exercises, and activities of daily living
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Educate patients and caregivers regarding prescribed exercises and therapy techniques
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and organizational standards

Photo badge must be worn at all times
35 guaranteed hours per week
