Job Overview
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services within a clinical therapy setting. This role involves assisting Physical Therapists in delivering treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercises, and helping patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
The PTA will work closely with the rehab team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility support
Monitor patient progress and report changes
Document treatment sessions and patient responses
Support patients with functional mobility and ADL training
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams
Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Wisconsin
State-issued identification required
