Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required

Assignment Details

• Float between multiple skilled nursing facility locations in Brattleboro, Vermont
• Based on a 36-hour work week
