A PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) physical therapy setting is a community-based, interdisciplinary rehabilitation environment designed for frail older adults who qualify for nursing home care but live at home.

- PACE Day Center: Therapy often takes place in well-lit, open-plan spaces inside a local adult day health center.
- Shared/Multipurpose Areas: Equipment sits near social zones, walking paths, or group activity rooms where participants do chair yoga, gait training, or balance classes.
- Home and Community Settings: Physical therapists also provide care directly in a participant's home or neighborhood environment to evaluate real-world safety and functional mobility.
