Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Day Shift
Contract Duration: 15 weeks
Dates: October 12, 2026 – January 17, 2027
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
Orientation Pay: Please note that the pay schedule is bi-weekly and during the orientation, you will be paid 50% of your pay rate.
Radius Rule: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the team at Alameda Hospital. The PTA will assist with providing therapeutic care to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Qualifications/Initial Requirements
✓ Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license/certification as required by the state of California.
✓ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
✓ Previous clinical experience as a PTA preferred.
