Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Facility: Haxtun Main Street Clinic
Location: Haxtun, Colorado
Shift: 10-Hour Days (Monday–Friday)
Schedule: Day shift, 40 hours per week
Job Summary
- Provide physical rehabilitation services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and treatment plans prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
- Help restore function, reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent disability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
- Active Colorado PTA license or Compact PTA license.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of physical therapy experience.
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed PTA with an active CO or compact license.
- Comfortable working in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating with the supervising Physical Therapist.
Submission Notes:
- Active CO/Compact PTA license required.
- Current BLS required.
- One year of PTA experience preferred, but not mandatory if the facility is willing to consider less experienced candidates.
