Start ASAP for 13 weeks Schedule: Monday-Friday Guaranteed Work Week: 40
Coverage: Riverdale, Conley, Ellenwood, Tyrone, Morrow, Rex, Brooks, Jackson and Locust Grove May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address. Average 6-7 visits per day depending on type of visit for PTA/COTA
Home Health experience required, no exceptions Homecare Homebase documentation experience required Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train
