Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – LTC | MA | $1,750.00/week

Seeking a dedicated PTA for a Long-Term Care setting in Worcester, MA. This is a 13-week daytime contract supporting rehab patients in a skilled nursing/LTC environment.

New grads considered (must have Level II experience, not observation only)

 

Job Details:

  • Specialty: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

  • Duration: 13 Weeks
  • Shift: Days (8 Hours)
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week
  • Weekend/Call: None

Requirements:

  • 1+ year PTA experience (Required)
  • LTC or Rehab experience (Required)
  • Active PTA license (Required)

Duties:

  • Provide skilled PTA treatments under PT supervision
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and modalities
  • Monitor patient progress and report updates to PT
  • Support discharge planning and patient education
  • Collaborate with care team to improve patient outcomes
