Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions according to the PT’s plan of care.
• Help patients restore mobility, improve physical function, and achieve treatment goals.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Educate patients and support home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising PT.
• Follow safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
