Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited school; CAPTE certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; valid and active license for the state of Florida; 0 years of minimum experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful previous assignments with the agency or organization are highly desired; familiarity with clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Additional Information: The role involves implementing treatment goals, assisting with therapeutic interventions such as posture training, strengthening exercises, balance exercises, and gait training. The assistant will train patients in the use of assistive devices and modalities, monitor responses, and document progress. Responsibilities also include maintaining equipment, ensuring infection control practices, and fostering a customer service-oriented environment.
