  • Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Texas PTA License, at least 1 year of experience in outpatient, rehabilitation hospital, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or similar settings; experience with post-op rehabilitation, spinal, shoulder, and hip procedures; skills in using crutches, gait belts, prosthetics, and patient mobility equipment; proficiency in charting systems and acute care settings.
  • Additional Information: The unit accepts first-time traveler candidates. State or compact license must be in hand at the time of submittal; all applicable RTO must be listed upon submission. Prior staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler. Completion of core onboarding items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing is required, with onsite modules during orientation.
  • Submittal Requirements: Candidates must meet all credentialing, licensing, and experience criteria as specified, including compliance with regional residency restrictions.
