Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility, requiring at least 1 year of SNF experience or new grad status with relevant SNF clinical experience.

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Monday-Friday day shift schedule, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 5x8 hour shifts per week
• Weekend coverage as needed
• Uses NetHealth and PointClickCare (PCC) for charting, with training provided by DOR/ADOR
• ACP equipment available on-site
• 13-week contract length

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of SNF experience required, or new graduates with SNF clinical experience welcome
• Active CA PT license required (license required if applicable)
• BLS certification required, must be AHA certified
• No acrylic nails, head coverings (unless religious requirement), crocs, or open-toed shoes permitted
