Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) care is sought for a traveling contract at a healthcare provider's clinic in Marshall, MN. The position involves a 18-week assignment with a start date of 09/01/2026, requiring travel to three skilled nursing facilities located in Larimore, Lakota, and Park River, North Dakota. The role focuses on delivering high-quality rehabilitation services with an emphasis on supporting patient recovery and functional health within a community-based setting.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, a minimum of 1 year of experience in SNF settings, and the ability to travel between multiple facilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric and adult rehabilitation, familiarity with electronic documentation systems, and certification in CPR/BLS.
  • Additional Information: This position will require the candidate to travel to three skilled nursing facility locations in Larimore, Lakota, and Park River, North Dakota. Travel time and mileage between facilities will be compensated. Onboarding is expected to take at least three weeks.
