Job Details
- Certifications: MA State License, 1 year of PT experience required; new graduates with Level II experience are acceptable

- Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and rehabilitating patients with physical functioning disorders, utilizing standardized assessments, and administering procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
- Monitoring and adjusting patient treatment plans based on progress and outcomes, providing consultation to patients and families, documenting all clinical activities in the electronic record system, and participating in team meetings and training sessions.
- Ability to supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, or students is required.
- Adherence to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), state practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics during professional practice.
- Submission requirements include valid MA State License and evidence of at least 1 year of relevant experience.
