Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, at least 2 years of experience in a SNF or outpatient setting, and the ability to start immediately.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: This is an outpatient / skilled nursing facility setting. The assignment is urgent with an immediate start preferred. The contract period is from August 24, 2026, to November 21, 2026. No travel is required for this position.
