    Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,304.94
    Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours | 40 Hours Guaranteed

    Position Overview

    Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a rehab/LTC setting in Humansville, MO.

    The Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate patients with physical function disorders, post-surgical conditions, and mobility limitations. This role focuses on restoring independence, improving mobility, and enhancing overall quality of life through individualized treatment plans.

    The therapist will work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver effective, patient-centered care while adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.

    Clinical Coverage Areas

    Therapists will work with patients requiring:
    Post-surgical rehabilitation
    Mobility and functional recovery
    Wound care management
    Strength and balance training
    Long-term care therapy services

    Key Responsibilities

    Evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care needs
    Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
    Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercises, ambulation training, and modalities
    Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
    Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
    Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment and recovery plans
    Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize outcomes
    Prepare discharge summaries and coordinate ongoing care
    Participate in care conferences, rehabilitation meetings, and required trainings
    Supervise PTAs, aides, and students when applicable

    Required Qualifications

    Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
    LTC or Rehab experience required
    Active Missouri Physical Therapist License
    Strong documentation and communication skills

    New graduates are accepted only with Level II clinical experience (not observation-only experience).

    Preferred Experience

    Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
    Wound care experience
    Familiarity with electronic documentation systems

    Scheduling & Assignment Details

    40 hours guaranteed per week
    Monday – Friday schedule
    Flexible shift timing (must remain consistent and coordinated with DOR)
    No weekend requirements
    No on-call duties

    Important Notes

    Consistent schedule communication with Director of Rehab required
    Candidates must be comfortable working in rehab/LTC environments
    Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress is essential

    Compliance Requirements

    Candidates must meet facility and regulatory requirements including:
    Active state licensure verification
    Clinical competency and documentation compliance
    Completion of onboarding and facility-required training
