Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress toward functional goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
• Participate in weekend rotation as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week across 5 days
• Availability to participate in weekend rotation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility setting
• Experience with short-term rehabilitation and long-term care populations
