Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy or physical therapist assistant services to patients in accordance with the plan of care
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Wear a facility-issued photo badge and present valid state or federal issued identification upon entry to the facility at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to fulfill a 15-week contract commitment
- Availability Monday through Friday, day shift
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
