Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy or physical therapy assistant services to patients in accordance with individualized care plans
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient treatment goals
- Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Valid state or federally issued photo identification required
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
- Compliance with all facility credentialing and registry personnel requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment
