Physical Therapist – Adult Outpatient (Lymphedema Certified)

Contract | Days | 4x10 or 5x8 | Start time no earlier than 7:00 AM, end time no later than 5:30 PM | No call, no weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to adult outpatient population
- Deliver specialized lymphedema treatment and management using Lymphedema Certification
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Complete required lab work within 48 hours of signing contract and comply with all facility onboarding requirements
- Provide holiday coverage as needed by the facility
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Lymphedema Certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
- BLS certification required
- Active Minnesota PT license in hand or proof of Minnesota license application at time of submission
- Must live more than 25 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former permanent employees of the facility must have been separated for at least 9 months before being eligible to return as a traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an adult outpatient therapy setting
- Familiarity with Minnesota state compliance and licensing requirements
- Strong documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills
