Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday – Friday, 5x8 | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
- Document patient care and progress using the Raintree EMR system
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
- Complete required pre-assignment onboarding modules prior to starting the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT) or higher
- Proficiency or ability to learn Raintree EMR
- Ability to complete three required HealthStream Modules prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Experience managing high-volume patient caseloads
- Previous travel therapy experience
