    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform initial assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized plans of care for adult and geriatric patients upon receiving physician orders, in accordance with departmental policies and standards of care
    • Deliver outpatient physical therapy services at a satellite location with the expectation to float to inpatient as needed
    • Expected to work one Saturday per month in the inpatient setting
    • Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians; provide general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts
    • Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR
    • Perform duties in a manner consistent with departmental policies, procedures, and established standards of treatment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
    • Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
    • Outpatient physical therapy experience required
    • Ability to float between outpatient satellite location and inpatient setting
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Active Missouri PT license in good standing
    • Additional certifications relevant to outpatient physical therapy
    • Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations
