Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an average of 14–16 patients per day
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits and rehabilitation goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in an outpatient clinical setting
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high patient volume in an outpatient environment
- Strong documentation and time management skills
