Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitative interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work day shift hours in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation or sports therapy settings
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
