Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits and therapeutic goals
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to support patient recovery and improved mobility
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Kansas or eligibility for licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and patient populations
• Strong documentation and communication skills
