Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across inpatient, swing bed, long-term care, and outpatient settings
• Evaluate and treat patients within the full scope of physical therapy practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Participate in holiday coverage, with an expectation to work 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid state Physical Therapist license — compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in outpatient, acute care, and LTC/SNF settings required
• First-time travelers are not eligible for this position
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a multi-setting or rural healthcare environment
• Familiarity with swing bed programs and combined inpatient/outpatient caseloads
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling and patient population variety
