Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and contract requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State or valid Compact License (WA and AK compact licenses accepted)
- Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in a relevant clinical setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start
- Commitment to a 13- to 26-week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with travel or contract-based clinical assignments
