    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction.
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address barriers to discharge, including equipment trialing and ordering, patient and family training, home exercise program development, and planning for continuing services.
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including daily notes, goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, discharge documentation, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines.
    • Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions effectively based on patient care needs, demonstrating flexibility in caseload management.
    • Participate in student programs as assigned, providing appropriate supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations.
    • Adhere to the discipline-specific State Practice Act, maintain professional licensure in good standing, and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements.
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of Oklahoma
    • Ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop clinically sound treatment plans and goals focused on functional outcomes and timely discharge.
    • Proficiency in medical record documentation in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines.
    • Commitment to patient and employee safety practices, including safe patient handling and infection control protocols.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient hospital setting.
    • Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration and discharge planning processes.
    • Prior experience supervising or mentoring PT students or clinical affiliates.
    • Active involvement in professional organizations or continuing education beyond minimum requirements.
