Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established care plans and clinical standards
- Evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward therapeutic goals
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions appropriate to the clinical setting
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license (must be valid and in good standing at time of submission)
- Relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing requirements for contract quality assurance review
- Must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking if licensure is pending
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a similar outpatient or facility-based physical therapy environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills with experience in multidisciplinary team settings
