Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Adhere to facility dress code, safety, and compliance standards as outlined during onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- Willingness to complete any facility-specific documentation requirements as part of the clearance process
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with travel or contract therapy assignments
