Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with plan of care
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week, with treatments typically scheduled 2 per hour and evaluations at 1 hour
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using Raintree EMR
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Raintree EMR
• Availability for up to 2 evening shifts per week (until 7:30 PM)
• Must complete three required HealthStream Modules prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Comfort managing a high-volume patient caseload in an outpatient setting
• Experience with productivity-based scheduling models
