Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute individualized treatment plans for outpatient and limited inpatient populations
- Treat patients presenting with orthopedic and neurological conditions, as well as general weakness and debility
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services during scheduled day shift hours
- Participate in optional inpatient weekend rotation as needed
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement treatment plans for outpatient and inpatient settings
- Experience treating orthopedic and neurological patient populations
- Ability to work a consistent 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shift schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic or neurological therapy setting
- Comfort treating patients with general weakness and debility in a mixed outpatient/inpatient environment
