Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Maintain compliance with all credentialing and facility-specific requirements prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active, permanent South Carolina Physical Therapist license required — compact licensure alone is not accepted
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Must meet all contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements before starting assignment
- Ability to commit to a minimum 30-day notice period
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and workflows
