    Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week | Day Shift | Orthopedics

    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines
    • Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities
    • Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing appropriate supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
    • Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all regulatory agency requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements
    • Actively participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute feedback through staff meetings, focus groups, or direct supervision channels
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
    • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule up to 40 hours per week with shifts ending by 5:00 PM
    • Proficiency in clinical documentation, goal writing, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
    • Commitment to patient and employee safety standards and adherence to professional codes of conduct
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy settings
    • Experience supervising or mentoring physical therapy students
    • Demonstrated involvement in continuing education and professional development activities
