Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits and rehabilitation goals
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a dedicated outpatient clinic setting
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Oregon
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program

Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Familiarity with outpatient documentation and treatment workflows
