Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Complete all required facility-specific documentation and credentialing steps prior to assignment start
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent Delaware license must be obtained promptly
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Must meet contract QA credentialing requirements prior to start
- Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
- Strong documentation skills and ability to adapt to facility-specific EMR or charting systems
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient care
