Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Expected to see approximately 12–14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Participate in double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic workflow
• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans and progress documentation in accordance with clinical standards
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient outcomes within an outpatient setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Louisiana or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Must have prior travel or multi-site clinical experience — first-time travelers are not eligible for this role
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist; PTAs will not be considered
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; new graduates are not eligible for this role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Orthopedic experience or specialization
• Comfort working in a high-volume, productivity-driven clinical environment
