Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Wear a facility-issued photo badge and present valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival at the facility
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
- Must meet a guaranteed 35-hour work week requirement
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous contract or travel therapy experience
- Strong documentation and electronic medical record skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to a new facility environment with minimal orientation
