Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Administer therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Mexico or eligibility to obtain
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous clinical experience in an outpatient, inpatient, or skilled nursing setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
