Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with individualized physical therapy plans of care
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services during day shift hours, Monday through Friday
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility standards
- Wear a valid photo badge at all times while on-site at the facility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Carolina
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
- Minimum 35-hour weekly availability guaranteed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to facility protocols and patient populations
