Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday with possible weekend rotation | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in a medical/surgical facility setting
- Float to additional units as needed, including Hospital Based Outpatient and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Document patient care and progress using the facility's EMR system (Redoc)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Arizona
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- Ability to work in a medical/surgical inpatient setting
- Willingness and ability to float to outpatient and acute rehabilitation units as required
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Redoc EMR documentation system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital-based outpatient or acute rehabilitation setting
- Previous travel therapy assignment experience
- Familiarity with Redoc or similar EMR platforms
