Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with established care standards and clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent state licensure required (compact licensure alone is not sufficient long-term)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Relevant experience in an outpatient or similar clinical setting
- Ability to fulfill a 20 to 26-week contract commitment
- Must meet all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
