Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Complete required documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
- Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Maintain compliance with all credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to and throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required
- Washington State license or Compact License accepted (WA and AK eligible for Compact License)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Must meet all credentialing and contract QA requirements before assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Familiarity with documentation systems and compliance standards in a contract/travel setting
