    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
    • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
    • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care.
    • Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
    • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
    Required Qualifications
    • Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
    • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
    • Familiarity with current industry best practices and regulatory requirements in rehabilitation.
